BlueBay is scaling rapidly across social platforms and international markets. To keep that momentum, we’re looking for a UGC Project Manager who can fully own and scale our creator program.
Is this you? Then we’re looking for you.
You’ll work closely with the founders and take full responsibility for our UGC strategy. You’ll lead creator recruitment, manage collaborations, build content structures, and turn raw UGC into high-performing organic and paid content across TikTok, Instagram and beyond. You’ll have the freedom to test new formats, experiment with creators, and directly influence brand growth.
Skills:
- Proven experience with UGC, influencer or creator marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Strong communication and creator management skills
- Highly organized & proactive
- Passion for fashion, swimwear & lifestyle
- Fluent in English
- Experience with paid UGC for ads is a plus

Affiliate Project Manager

Behind every fast-growing e-commerce brand is a strong affiliate network. At BlueBay, word-of-mouth, creators and performance-based partnerships play a huge role in our growth. We are a rapidly scaling swimwear and lifestyle brand built online, powered by community and digital sales.
BlueBay is expanding fast across social platforms and international markets. To scale this even further, we’re looking for an Affiliate Project Manager who can build, manage and grow our affiliate ecosystem from the ground up.
Is this you? Then we’re looking for you.
You’ll work closely with the founders and fully own our affiliate strategy. You’ll recruit affiliates, onboard new partners, optimize performance, manage commissions, create growth structures and turn affiliates into a reliable revenue channel. You’ll have full freedom to test new acquisition strategies, platforms and incentive models.
Skills:
- Proven experience with affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of tracking, links & commission structures
- Experience with affiliate platforms (or fast learner)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Highly organized & data-driven
- Passion for e-commerce, fashion & digital growth
- Fluent in English
